Welcome to Kids Mode - Kids Lock App. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the Kids Mode mobile application (the "Service" or "App"), developed by CAPITAL Technologies Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, copy, or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use a copy of the App on an Android device owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Parental Responsibility & Safety Tool

Kids Mode - Kids Lock App is designed as a parental control launcher to help parents create a safe environment and restrict children's access to unauthorized device features. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Device Configuration: You are solely responsible for configuring the App, selecting permitted applications, setting appropriate daily screen time limits, and establishing a secure parental PIN code.
• PIN Confidentiality: You must keep your parental PIN code confidential. We are not responsible for any modifications or exits from Kids Mode resulting from a child obtaining or guessing your PIN.
• Bypass Limitations: While the App utilizes advanced system privileges (including Accessibility and Device Administrator rights) to block bypasses, we cannot guarantee absolute bypass prevention across all custom Android firmware, system configurations, or hardware shortcuts.
• Supervision: The App is a safety utility and is not a substitute for active parental supervision. We encourage parents to periodically review their child's device activities.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, improve, translate, or create derivative works from the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices in the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or distribute the App over any network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the source code, user interface design, artwork, brand names, and logos, are owned by CAPITAL Technologies Inc. and developer SAHARIAR NISHAD, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, RUN ERROR-FREE, OR ENJOY UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPITAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR SYSTEM AVAILABILITY) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Third-Party Services

The App operates in conjunction with third-party software and operating systems (such as Android and Google Play Services). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate modifications by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
